Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Big Boss Unisex Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality services and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with their experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to address these situations.

1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

1.2 Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

1.3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

2.1 Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, subject to availability.

2.2 Multiple Rescheduling: Frequent rescheduling may require a deposit to secure future appointments, at the discretion of the salon management.

3. Refunds on Services

3.1 Service Satisfaction: Our goal is to ensure that every client leaves our salon satisfied with the services received. If you are not happy with your service, please inform us immediately before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments.

3.2 Service Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if there is a problem with the service provided, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a complimentary touch-up or alternative solution.

4. Refunds on Products

4.1 Product Returns: We offer refunds or exchanges on retail products purchased from our salon if they are returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened products, used products, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4.3 Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or offer a refund, subject to verification.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Health Concerns: If you experience an adverse reaction to a product or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that you visit a healthcare professional for assessment, and we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action.

5.2 Exceptional Situations: In rare cases, exceptions to our Refund and Cancellation Policy may be made at the discretion of salon management, depending on the circumstances.
